Dark Light Consciousness.

I bought this book a year ago, and wanted to spend a least a month chewing on the information, one of the most powerful books on consciousness, melanin serpent powers I have read thus far, the first half of the book from pages 1-124 took time to get thought the medical jargon in learning about the different functions of the brain. after that you got a course in awakening the divine serpent energy via different techniques. Dr Bynum knows his stuff, he takes you on a journey through different mystical schools of thought on awakening the kundalini serpent, from Kemet, India, Vodun, Orisha, Dogon and even Pentecostal churches and raising the energies, I will not pretend this is an easy book to read, this is like an initiation into cosmic sciences in which the student must pay attention. on page 183 the section on Health and Breath has me more aware of my breathing throughout the day, I found myself practicing some of the exercise in the book and went to a deeper meditative state, while the frequencies on this planet has changed, leading those of us who are spiritualist into a more profound state of consciousness and easy moving in and out of a trance like state, this books breaks down the nuts and bolts of the overall matrix of how to awaken the serpent energies, this book has put me on a path to explore more of the dark light consciousness experience.

This is a must have for anyone searching for the way to start manifesting any desire, I have found that everything we need to accomplish any goal is already inside of us, we have not been taught by any school how to tap into the waiting potentially of our being. Start with daily deep breathing and meditation. Began to see what you desire to happen in your life and take your focus off of the TV, Radio and ect.All the power is in you!!!! Never let anyone tell any different!!!!!

Wonderful guide to universal truth

In this book, Dr. Bynum continues to make significant contributions to our understanding of "higher dimensions of reality". This long awaited and most recent work is a beautiful integration of the sciences including physiology, neuroanatomy, psychology and physics. By discussing the role that neuromelanin plays in the brain and the association of neuromelanin with key neural and endocrine system plexuses/pathways, Dr. Bynum has so elegantly outlined and given empirical evidence for the practice of the "Ureaus" and drawn a clear connection between it and ancient teachings. The major topics are explained in such a way that readers from a non-science background can benefit from these tested methods. The meditative process that is discussed can be practiced by anyone with dedication and discipline. He presents very compelling ideas, both medically and scientifically, that substantiate a method to reach a level of "higher consciousness" or contact with a "spiritual self".
